1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SignGuard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Not legal advice

SignGuard is an AI-powered document review assistant. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Reports and answers are informational only. For decisions that carry significant financial or legal risk, consult a licensed attorney.

3. Accounts and credits

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Credits are prepaid and used for contract analyses (1 credit covers up to 15 pages). Credits do not expire.
  • If an analysis fails to complete, the consumed credits are refunded automatically.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • You may not use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. You grant us the limited right to process your documents to provide the service. We do not train AI models on your documents and do not share them with third parties except as needed to operate the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that analyses are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI outputs can be inaccurate; always review critically.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignGuard's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
