What SignGuard does

SignGuard is an AI-powered contract review assistant. You provide a contract, and we analyze it to help you understand risky clauses and negotiation points. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Data we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Contract documents: the text you paste or upload for analysis, plus the resulting report.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed and features used, to improve the product.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). We do not store card numbers.

How we use your data

• To provide contract analysis and the chat-with-your-contract feature.
• To send you key-date reminders, payment confirmations, and account notifications.
• To improve the product and support you.

Your documents are private

Your contracts are used only to produce your analysis. We do not train our AI models on your documents, and we do not sell or share them. When you upload a PDF, the text is extracted in your browser before it is sent to us, and only the extracted text is used for analysis.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that power SignGuard: our AI provider (to generate analyses), our payment provider (to process purchases), and our email provider (to send notifications). We never sell your data.

Retention

Your account and analyses are kept while your account is active. You can delete your data by contacting us, and we will remove it within 30 days.
